All Contractors are required to complete the items below prior to going offshore to a BP GoM facility or BP managed site:

  • SafeGulf Card issued to individual contractor personnel by the SafeGulf organization
  • BP License To Go Offshore (also known as BP Offshore Orientation, 6-in-1 training) to be issued to individual contractor personnel License Info
  • Water Survival / HUET (Helicopter Underwater Egress Training) for each person
  • Any site-specific requirements that a BP offshore location sets for personnel at that facility (facility will provide those requirements)
  • Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is a biometric credential that all personnel must have in order to gain unescorted access to secure areas of U.S. Coast Guard – Maritime Transportation Security Actof 2002 (MTSA) regulated facilities and vessels
